Job Description
For our customers we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with Frontend Development skills to lead end-to-end product design for web and/or mobile experiences.
You’ll turn messy problems into elegant flows, create high-quality UI, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to ship work that measurably improves the customer experience.
Salary: 1200$ to 1800$ USD per month
Location: 100% Remote
What You’ll Do
- Own design from discovery to delivery: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI, and specs
- Translate product goals and user needs into clear, intuitive experiences
- Run and/or support research (interviews, usability tests), and turn insights into design decisions
- Create and maintain design systems (components, patterns, guidelines)
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure build quality (QA, handoff, iteration)
- Present work clearly and influence stakeholders with strong rationale
- Use data and feedback to iterate post-launch (funnels, heatmaps, support tickets, surveys)
- Mentor designers and raise the bar on craft and process

What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years designing digital products (SaaS, consumer, or mobile)
- Strong portfolio showing UX thinking + polished UI and shipped outcomes
- Excellent interaction design: navigation, information architecture, accessibility, microinteractions
- Strong visual design: typography, layout, color, consistency, hierarchy
- Proficiency with modern tools (e.g., Figma; prototyping tools as needed)
- Comfort working async with distributed teams (clear docs, crisp communication)
- Ability to balance speed with quality, and ambiguity with structure
- Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Strong knowledge of AI Vibe coding tools
- Strong Frontend development skills
