We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a versatile designer who enjoys working across static and motion design, with a strong emphasis on creating engaging social media content. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to bring creative concepts to life and transform footage, brand assets, and campaign ideas into polished, compelling visuals.
If you’re passionate about design, organized in your workflow, and excited to contribute to a collaborative marketing environment, we’d love to meet you. This will be a fully remote position, averaging around 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual content for social media, including static graphics, short-form videos, and motion assets
- Edit short-form videos and reels using Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects
- Create motion graphics and animated elements for social, web, and presentations
- Design print and digital marketing materials such as event collateral and sales support assets
- Support social media scheduling, organization, and asset management as needed
- Contribute design support for email campaigns and landing pages
- Assist with light copywriting (e.g., captions, headlines, social messaging)
- Participate in creative check-ins with the Marketing Manager and contribute new ideas
- Prepare clean, organized production-ready files for internal teams and external partners

Required:
- Strong foundation in graphic design across digital and print
- Portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
- After Effects (motion graphics, animation)
- Premiere (video editing)
- Illustrator & Photoshop (graphic creation and editing)
- Experience creating content specifically for social platforms
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a small team
