We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to join a global banking organization undergoing a major digital transformation. This is a 100% remote position, offering the opportunity to work on large-scale, business-critical systems within an international, agile environment.

As part of a multidisciplinary technology team, you will play a key role in strengthening software quality by designing and implementing robust automated testing solutions across web, mobile, and backend platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of complex banking applications.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to define test strategies, identify high-risk areas, and prioritize automation efforts.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous testing and early detection of defects.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and produce clear, actionable reports that provide visibility into release quality.

• Configure and maintain test environments and test data, ensuring stability, consistency, and repeatability of test executions.

• Act as a quality advocate, aligning automation initiatives with business and regulatory requirements typical of the banking sector.
