Technical Sourcer - 100% remote
Rate is $50/hr
ZRG Embedded is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team for various contract opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top technical talent t. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines, craft outreach strategies, and ensure a strong candidate experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sourcing experience
- Proven track record for successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments
- Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Passion for technology and understanding of the technical talent landscape.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Partner with Engineering teams to plan, implement, and execute on various sourcing strategies to continually attract diverse talent
- Advise clients on market trends, industry insights, and identifiable talent pools to assist the team in increasing representation in hiring
- Source, engage, and nurture underrepresented talent through various tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Searches, Google X-Ray, and alternative innovative search techniques to identify qualified candidates
- Continuously utilize new sourcing techniques and channels and act as the subject matter expert in DIBs sourcing
- Provide insights and collaborate with candidates at various stages of the interview process, including Recruiting Phone Screen and Technical Phone Screen
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Engineering Leaders at various stages of the Recruiting Process
- Ensure data integrity within Airbnb’s Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter
