EXPERIENCE:
· 3–5+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP ECC HR, Employee Self Service (ESS) .NET applications, Talent Management Systems (TMS), or other comparable HR platforms.
· Practical experience in integrating HR systems with ERP, payroll, and other enterprise applications.
· Familiarity with ticketing and incident management tools (e.g., BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Jira) and experience working within ITIL-based support frameworks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
· Relevant HR system certifications (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors) are a plus.
