What is this challenge about

• Design and develop agentic applications using LLMs, leveraging frameworks such as LangChain / LangGraph (or similar);

• Build end-to-end RAG pipelines, including chunking, hybrid search, vector databases and prompt tuning, with a strong focus on hallucination control and mitigation;

• Develop and deploy LLM-based microservices in cloud-native architectures (AWS or Azure), exposing REST APIs;

• Work with Docker and Kubernetes and integrate services into CI/CD pipelines;

• Write clean, scalable, well-tested Python code, with a strong emphasis on: performance and quality metrics, result validation, robustness testing for LLM agents;

• Monitor models and applications using observability tools;

• Stay up to date with LLM/GenAI trends and lead discussions about AI capabilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

• Automate and orchestrate workflows using Make and n8n, including definition, monitoring and operational metrics management.

What we are looking for

• ~7 years of professional software development experience, with a strong Python background (non-negotiable);

• Solid experience in Data / data-driven systems using Python;

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience with GenAI products, including LangChain, RAG, vector stores and agent pipelines;

• Proven experience with hallucination mitigation and control in LLM-based systems;

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure);

• Experience building microservices and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes);

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git and agile methodologies;

• Experience working with international teams;

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences;

• Experience in workflow automation and orchestration using n8n (and/or Make).
