Relocation to Germany is required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for UNIX/Linux systems in client environments.
- Manage incidents, problems, and changes through a ticketing system.
- Collaborate on new IT infrastructure projects.
- Document procedures and configurations clearly and accurately.
- Participate in on-call rotations and on-site shifts, including weekends during maintenance windows.
Requirements:

- IT degree or relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux (preferably Red Hat or Oracle Linux).

- Windows server administration.
- ITIL and service management best practices.
- Strong documentation skills.
