Applications are welcomed from candidates of all nationalities. Relocation support to Abu Dhabi, including visa sponsorship where required, is provided.

- Oversee stock, equipment, cleanliness, and ambience; coordinate facilities and maintenance with vendors and landlords
- Lead, coach, and schedule the Front-of-House team; support onboarding, training, and service language standards
- Be present on the floor: welcome clients by name, resolve issues with empathy, manage VIPs and private sessions
- Drive in-studio sales for memberships, class packs, and retail; manage promotions and sell-through
- Build community partnerships and curate small, on-brand events; coordinate influencer and VIP visits
- Maintain accurate data across booking, CRM, and POS systems; support reporting on attendance, revenue, and retail
- Support P&L management, daily cash-up and reconciliation, inventory counts, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, certifications, and client data protection
