Role Summary

Educate 360 is seeking an Instructor & Consultant to join our TCM Security brand, reporting to the Senior Product Manager of Cybersecurity Solutions. This role will wear three hats:

• Maintaining and expanding our industry-leading red team training portfolio (65%),
• Engaging with the TCM Security and Educate 360 community through livestreams, ILT delivery, and social content (20%),
• Supporting penetration testing and red team services engagements (15%).
  
  

As a member of the content team, this role will ensure existing content remains current, produce new courses and labs, create YouTube and social media content to grow audience engagement, and contribute to the development and delivery of live training sessions.

As an experienced red team professional, this role will support the services team in delivering red team and penetration testing engagements, collaborating with clients as a trusted SME, and sharing new findings.

As part of the interview process, you will need to provide a 3-5 minute video teaching a red team topic of your choice. You will be asked to complete this before the initial call with the recruiter.

Main Responsibilities

• Content Maintenance & Updates: Keep existing TCM Security red team courses, labs, and certifications up to date.
• Course Delivery: Deliver live sessions of TCM Security red team courses.
• Services Engagements: Participate in red team and penetration testing services engagements.
  
  

New Course & Curriculum Development

• Design and produce new red team training content across multiple formats (asynchronous, synchronous, lab-based).
• Develop hands-on scenarios replicating advanced adversary campaigns, post-exploitation, and persistence methods.
• Collaborate with the product manager and SMEs to align new courses with the cybersecurity roadmap.

YouTube & Social Content Creation

• Create engaging YouTube videos and social media content showcasing TCM Security’s offensive expertise.
• Provide technical breakdowns of exploits, demonstrations of red team tradecraft, and walkthroughs of complex attack paths.
  
  

Live Training Development & Delivery

• Assist in preparing and teaching live training sessions for clients and community members.
• Develop red team lab environments that replicate enterprise-scale attacks.
  
  

Services Engagement Delivery

• Deliver red team or penetration testing engagements in collaboration with the services team.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients in offensive security remediations and attack vectors.
• Share new attack vectors as well as knowledge about the field of offensive security and information security.
  
  

Requirements

• US-based, eligible to work full-time.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in red team operations, penetration testing, or adversary simulation.
• 1+ year of teaching / training experience (modality-agnostic) (preferred).
  
  

Demonstrated Expertise In

• Active Directory exploitation
• Advanced web exploitation

PNPT (Practical Network Penetration Tester)

Skills

• Strong ability to translate advanced red team techniques into clear, engaging educational content.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and advancing the cybersecurity profession.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with product management, marketing, and other content creators.
