About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Golang Engineer with AI/LLM experience to join a fast-paced innovation team building production-grade AI-powered backend services, including agentic workflows and voice-enabled applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable, low-latency backend services using Golang
- Develop cloud-native services with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Build and operate LLM-backed features and agentic workflows
- Apply prompt engineering and manage model context windows
- Implement model integration patterns across services, tools, and agents
- Ensure strong observability for AI workloads (latency, cost, token usage)
- Collaborate with ML and Data Science teams to productionize AI solutions

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of production experience with Golang
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into backend systems
- Knowledge of RAG, agentic systems, and multi-agent communication
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- SLO- and reliability-driven engineering mindset
- Good command of English and strong sense of ownership
