It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role, wants to learn the business from the inside out, and is passionate about creating great workplaces through thoughtful policy and practice. While the position isn’t at the helm, it’s part of the engine—and it’s built for someone who wants to grow

Why join us?

  • Phenomenal local and international flight benefits for you and your family!
  • Extra travel benefits such as hotels and cruises
  • Employer paid health & dental benefits
  • Group RRSP investment options
  • Cargo shipping benefits
  • Vehicle and home heating fuel discounts through Chieftain Energy for you and your family

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination & Execution: Contribute to impactful HR projects that improve employee experience and align with business priorities—bringing ideas to life through thoughtful planning and collaboration
  • Compliance & Risk Awareness: Submit accurate reports and help monitor adherence to employment legislation and industry standards (e.g., Harassment and Violence Prevention, Employment Equity)
  • Leadership Enablement: Support managers and supervisors with training resources, coaching tools, and day-to-day HR guidance—empowering others while building your own leadership toolkit
  • Continuous Improvement & Insight: Assist in the development of HR metrics and dashboards, using insights to enhance workflows and foster a data-aware approach to decision-making

  • Analytical strength, with strong Excel and data skills to support HR metrics and decisions
  • A proactive mindset and passion for process improvement and organizational optimization
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build trust with stakeholders across teams
