Job Description


Hawkwood are excited to continue to work with one of Europe’s fastest growing SaaS scale ups following their very impressive Series C funding. After several recent successful hires, we are now looking for a Senior People Partner to focus on the ever growing Sales and GTM organisation.


Our client is continually recognised as one of the leading workflow automation platforms and is scaling at pace, bringing in top talent to hit ambitious commercial goals. Their platform is used by thousands of teams globally to build powerful, flexible automations that allow tools, systems and processes to work seamlessly together.


You will be joining the team at a pivotal point in the journey and will make an impact from day one. This is not a role to ‘keep the lights on’, but a role where you will be operating at pace, through change and ambiguity, helping leaders scale teams, capability and performance.


What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the Senior People Partner for Sales and GTM teams globally, owning the People agenda for revenue functions across multiple regions
  • Partnering closely with commercial leaders to support delivery of ambitious growth targets, acting as a trusted advisor on people strategy, structure and capability
  • Leading on complex ER matters across different geographies, applying strong judgement and balancing risk, consistency and pragmatism
  • Supporting headcount growth through workforce planning, org design and role clarity, ensuring teams are set up to scale effectively
  • Coaching leaders through performance, engagement and development challenges, building confidence and capability at management level
  • Navigating people challenges across multiple geographies, cultures and time zones in a fully remote environment
  • Using people data and insight to inform decisions, spot trends and improve effectiveness across Sales and GTM teams
  • Helping evolve people practices and processes that work at scale, without creating unnecessary friction for the business


What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a Senior People Partner in a high growth, VC backed environment
  • Hands on experience partnering with Sales or GTM organisations, ideally supporting a Sales function
  • Confidence handling complex ER issues across multiple geographies, with sound judgement and a pragmatic approach
  • Deep understanding of how GTM teams operate and complexity that comes with commercial targets and growth
  • Experience supporting leaders through scaling challenges
  • Comfortable operating in a fully remote or highly distributed environment
  • Commercially minded, able to balance People priorities with business outcomes
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders without hierarchy, including senior sales leaders
  • A pragmatic, low ego approach, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity
