Founded by Kenneth (Oxford, Harvard Law, ex-Wall Street) and Arif (ex-Bloomberg & Goldman Sachs), Arrowster aims to reduce information asymmetry and provide the most personalised, up-to-date admissions information to students with AI. We’re backed by seasoned operators from top global companies (e.g., Uber, Twilio, Alibaba) and successful edtech founders (e.g., Going Merry, exited to Navient). Our team consists of young talents from top institutions in the world, including Harvard Law & Business School, Cornell University, Yonsei University, and more. To launch our product in Vietnam this summer, we’re looking for new members to join the team -- specifically those with a can-do mindset and exceptional execution capability.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager for the go-to-market team. Since students are already swamped with information about education opportunities, help us cut through the noise by building and executing a winning social media strategy across all key channels! The position’s duration is 3-6 months (internship and full-time both accepted, no prior experience needed), with option to extend/ full-time position based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Build a comprehensive social media plan for our owned channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Manage a team to quickly and reliably produce content that captures the right target audience
• Conduct testing and data analysis to sharpen our brand positioning and message

Qualifications

• Understand nuances/ challenges of building a brand for a tech product
• Knows how to go from business problem, to marketing and content direction, to execution
• Good sense of writing in English & Vietnamese (past portfolio required)
• Have past experience building up social media channels from scratch
• Have past experience leading a team
• Willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City from July to end of September
