Accountabilities
- Design and develop engaging, learner-centered instructional materials including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.
- Apply adult learning principles and evidence-based strategies to create effective learning experiences.
- Conduct needs analyses and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
- Develop learning objectives, course outlines, storyboards, and prototypes aligned to client requirements.
- Author and produce interactive eLearning content using rapid development tools.
- Ensure learning materials meet accessibility standards and follow client brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple instructional design assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- 4-6 years of professional experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing instructional design projects across multiple modalities.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
