Job Description


This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Mid-Level Instructional Designer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating impactful learning experiences that foster learner success. Your work will directly influence team growth and development by designing effective instruction and collaborating with subject matter experts to tailor content. You will be immersed in a remote work environment, leveraging your design skills to produce high-quality educational materials. Your contributions will ensure that learning experiences are engaging, accessible, and effective for diverse audiences.

Accountabilities

  • Design and develop engaging, learner-centered instructional materials including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.
  • Apply adult learning principles and evidence-based strategies to create effective learning experiences.
  • Conduct needs analyses and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Develop learning objectives, course outlines, storyboards, and prototypes aligned to client requirements.
  • Author and produce interactive eLearning content using rapid development tools.
  • Ensure learning materials meet accessibility standards and follow client brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple instructional design assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing instructional design projects across multiple modalities.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
