What are you expected to do?

Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability across the stack.
• Write clean, testable, and scalable code.
  
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with designers, product managers, and other engineers in a collaborative, agile environment.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and team planning sessions. Help prioritize and troubleshoot issues across the development lifecycle.
  
  
  

Distributed Team Engagement

• Work effectively in a distributed team, embracing asynchronous communication and flexible work hours.
• Contribute to a strong remote culture through documentation, transparency, and proactive communication. Take ownership of features and deliver results in a self-directed manner.
  
  
  

Youll be a great fit if:

• You have 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack .NET software development.
• You have a strong and solid .NET core and C#.net experience, background in other .NET Framework is highly preferred.
• You are proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in frameworks like React, Node.js, or similar.
• You are comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• You have an experience with SQL Server and Cosmos DB is highly preferred.

This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. • You'll go through 3-4 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat, a culture-fit interview, and 1-2 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 4-5 weeks, but we'll let you know if things need to move quicker.
