As our Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end user experience: from the moment someone lands on our site to when they take their first civic action. You'll work directly with founders, engineers, and users to design flows that are intuitive, accessible, and delightful. This is a senior IC role with high ownership and direct impact on the product direction.
What You'll Do- Own the design of core user flows: landing, quiz, results, recommendations, and action-taking.
- Lead design for new product surfaces, including our Local Action Hub.
- Build and maintain our design system (components, patterns, documentation).
- Conduct user research: interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with high fidelity.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
- Establish design processes and best practices as we grow the team.
