Tasks
- Maintain and improve the Figma component library
- Design consistent, high-quality UI elements across the product
- Prototype quickly using existing design assets
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
- Explore new UI directions and propose visual improvements
- Ensure usability, clarity, and alignment in every pixel
- Drive visual coherence across screens and flows

Requirements
- Strong UI fundamentals and visual attention to detail
- Advanced Figma skills, including components, auto-layout and prototyping
- Experience working with and evolving design systems
- Ability to iterate fast and take feedback constructively
- Clear communication of design decisions
- Experience in B2B SaaS or data-heavy UIs (nice to have)
- Accessibility awareness (contrast, keyboard flows etc.)
- As a UI Designer, you bring the clarity that makes complex decisions visually intuitive.
