We are supporting a growing organisation in the DRC in hiring an experienced Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (English & French speaker) to support end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kinshasa, with relocation fully funded and salary paid in USD.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, corporate, and operational roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
- Drive sourcing strategies, screening, interviews, and offer management
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and referral networks
- Support employer branding and recruitment process improvements
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Bilingual (English & French) is strongly preferred
- Experience hiring across multiple roles and seniority levels
- Exposure to international or multicultural environments
- Open to relocating to Kinshasa, DRC (relocation support provided)
