Availability: Immediate or within 1 month (longer notice periods cannot be considered)

Must hold a CyberArk Sentry Certification or CyberArk Guardian Certification

We are engaging experienced CyberArk Engineers and CyberArk Architects/SMEs for a long-term freelance engagement starting January 2026. This role supports enterprise-scale IAM and PAM programmes across Europe, with a strong focus on CyberArk platform engineering, architecture, and strategic PAM transformation.

This is a remote-first contract, however candidates must be available to work European time zones consistently.

Key Responsibilities

CyberArk Engineer (6+ years)

• Design, deploy, and support CyberArk PAM solutions in complex enterprise environments
• Hands-on implementation of CyberArk PAS, PSM, CPM, EPM, and Secrets Management
• Onboarding privileged accounts across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and DevOps pipelines
• Troubleshooting platform issues, performance tuning, and upgrades
• Automating PAM processes using REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, or similar
• Collaborating with IAM, security operations, and cloud teams across regions

CyberArk Architect / SME (8+ years)

• Own end-to-end PAM architecture and strategy aligned with Zero Trust principles
• Lead CyberArk design decisions across hybrid and cloud-first environments
• Act as SME for CyberArk integrations with IAM, SIEM, DevSecOps, and cloud platforms
• Define PAM standards, policies, and governance models
• Provide technical leadership, design authority, and stakeholder advisory

Required Skills & Experience

• CyberArk Engineer: 6+ years of hands-on CyberArk experience
• CyberArk Architect / SME: 8+ years CyberArk-focused experience
• Deep expertise across CyberArk PAM stack (PAS, PSM, CPM, EPM, Secrets Manager)
• Strong understanding of IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, and enterprise security architecture
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Automation and scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs)
• Experience working in global, distributed teams

Certifications (Mandatory)

• CyberArk Sentry Certification or CyberArk Guardian Certification
• Additional CyberArk or security certifications are a strong plus
