We are growing our recruiting team and are looking for motivated, detail-oriented Recruiters based in South America who want long-term growth, autonomy, and real ownership over their work.


The Role

As a Recruiter at Talent Advantage, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing through interview coordination and offer support. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where quality, communication, and follow-through matter.

Youโ€™ll work closely with senior leadership and Canadian clients, helping deliver candidates who are well-vetted, well-prepared, and aligned with client needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews (video/phone) to assess skills, experience, and motivation
  • Prepare concise candidate summaries and submit profiles to clients
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support candidates through the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS / CRM
  • Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on hiring progress


What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 1โ€“4+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency or in-house)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (must be fluent)
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients in a professional, confident manner
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience recruiting for accounting, finance, technology, or professional roles is a strong asset


Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for North American markets
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and candidate tracking tools
  • Sales or business development exposure (not required)
