We are growing our recruiting team and are looking for motivated, detail-oriented Recruiters based in South America who want long-term growth, autonomy, and real ownership over their work.
The Role
As a Recruiter at Talent Advantage, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing through interview coordination and offer support. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where quality, communication, and follow-through matter.
Youโll work closely with senior leadership and Canadian clients, helping deliver candidates who are well-vetted, well-prepared, and aligned with client needs.

- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial candidate interviews (video/phone) to assess skills, experience, and motivation
- Prepare concise candidate summaries and submit profiles to clients
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support candidates through the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS / CRM
- Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on hiring progress
What Weโre Looking For
- 1โ4+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency or in-house)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (must be fluent)
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients in a professional, confident manner
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience recruiting for accounting, finance, technology, or professional roles is a strong asset
