【Overview】

The company provides products used by over 14.5 million users, guided by the philosophy of "creating a society rich in teamwork." Within this mission, the mobile app team is challenged to ensure users can access information anytime, anywhere.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing the iOS app for the company's groupware product. Because the company's mobile apps are developed entirely in-house, you will be involved in every stage, from identifying user challenges to delivering final value.

【Recruitment Background】

The company provides its own proprietary iOS applications.

Each app development team has two to three iOS engineers working on the apps. However, the company still lacks sufficient iOS engineering resources to fully maximize the potential of its mobile applications.

As an iOS Engineer, you will primarily be involved in the following initiatives:

・Cross-Functional Team Development

You will work in a Scrum framework, collaborating closely with Product Managers, designers, and QA engineers. The focus is not simply on implementing specifications, but on working toward the product vision by deliberately crossing into adjacent functional domains to deliver the maximum value to users.

・Application Quality Improvement

The team constantly works to build and continuously improve internal code quality to ensure high agility. You will also collaborate with QA engineers to enhance and streamline testing processes.

・Engineering Community Engagement

The company has an internal iOS engineering community that meets weekly. These sessions are designed to improve the standard of iOS engineering through a variety of activities, from serious discussions about product challenges and book clubs to casual chats about the latest technology.

Technology Adoption

All teams are committed to continuously adopting the latest technologies and actively updating their technical stack. This is reinforced by frequent information exchange between teams, allowing them to integrate each other's best practices to drive application growth.

【Required】

1+ years of practical software development experience

6+ months of experience developing iOS native applications using Swift

Practical experience with reactive programming using stream-based data holders like Combine or AsyncStream

Commitment to self-improvement through keeping up with the latest technologies and participating in study groups

Understanding of Human Interface Guidelines

Experience designing and developing GUI applications using declarative UI paradigms such as SwiftUI

Understanding of Swift Concurrency

【Preferred】

Deep understanding of testing frameworks such as XCTest and Swift Testing

Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Development experience using AI tools

Able to design architecture and select frameworks based on application requirements

Able to proactively identify issues by taking a bird's-eye view of projects and teams, and take ownership to drive solutions
