We are not a staffing company hustling to place butts in seats, so there are no Boarhog recruiters, as on average we intentionally hire about four associates each year. We bring associates aboard with the expectation that they be with Boarhog forever. Our first hire over a dozen years ago is still with us. The company's Managing Member served 21 years on active duty as a SWO in the U.S. Navy before co-founding Boarhog and has always been actively engaged in the day-to-day operations, client relations, and growth objectives, and also periodically performs direct on government and commercial contracts.
