【Overview】

The company is recruiting a member to handle Product Design for their cloud services.

You will be involved in product development daily alongside Product Managers and engineers, engaging in work that goes beyond traditional design boundaries. This includes not only exploring comfortable user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) but also developing new products and services for the company and tackling global challenges to realize a society rich in teamwork.

【Responsibilities】

・Product design for the company's cloud services (both PC and mobile).

・Supporting various activities and reviewing requirements in collaboration with the Product Manager.

・Conducting research activities and prototyping in partnership with researchers.

・Collaborating with engineers on specifications and UI review, as well as assisting with implementation.

【Required】

Practical experience in team-based development projects (2+ years)

Alignment with company philosophy and interest in Cybozu products

【Preferred】

Experience developing customizations and plugins for kintone or Garoon

Consulting experience in IT projects or system development

Project management experience

Software planning and development experience

Practical web development experience (TypeScript, React, etc.)

Business-level English proficiency
