Who We're Looking For
We're on the hunt for a skilled Web Developer with deep expertise in WordPress and Shopify who can:
✔️ Build, maintain, and optimise WordPress and Shopify websites
✔️ Implement tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4, etc.) for accurate data collection
✔️ Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking for paid ads, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other ad platforms
✔️ Optimise website speed, performance, and UX for maximum conversions
✔️ Integrate third-party apps, plugins, and APIs
✔️ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide fast, reliable solutions

- Develop and customize WordPress and Shopify websites
- Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4, and other tracking tools

- Integrate CRM, email marketing tools, and automation workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve web performance or tracking issues
Requirements
✔ 3+ years of experience in WordPress and Shopify development
✔ Proven experience setting up and managing Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and ad platform tracking
✔ Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid)
✔ Experience with Shopify apps, custom themes, and API integrations
✔ Ability to diagnose and fix tracking and conversion issues
✔ Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO best practices
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
