About the role

As a Head of Marketing Department, you will play a key role in bridging marketing and sales, driving the implementation of digital projects aimed at increasing brand awareness and lead generation. You will oversee marketing initiatives and participate in strategic planning.

You will manage a skilled team (SMM specialists, videographer, web designer, graphic designer, traffic manager) and work closely with the sales department to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the marketing funnel. You are someone who sees not just campaigns, but the entire business context — from lead acquisition to conversion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Analyze market trends and develop marketing strategies focused on sales growth, brand awareness, and international expansion. Collaborate closely with the sales department to achieve shared business goals.

Requiremens

  • Higher education in marketing, project management, or digital technologies — a strong advantage.
  • Experience as a Head of Marketing Department or Digital Project Manager
  • Knowledge of English at B1 (Intermediate) level or higher.
  • Proven experience in managing digital projects, advertising campaigns, and content initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, website analytics, email marketing.
  • Experience coordinating teams and working with contractors; familiarity with project management tools.
  • Strategic mindset, analytical skills, and the ability to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Motivation to develop within marketing and grow into the Head of Marketing role.
