The Role

• Lead and scale the AI organization across multiple domains and business units.
• Define the applied AI roadmap, focusing on real-world impact rather than research-driven experimentation.
• Manage senior managers, ML leads, and data science teams distributed across regions.
• Oversee model deployment, governance, and operational performance in production environments.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases across the group.

Desired Profile

• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
• Demonstrated experience managing large teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong background in production AI, including MLOps, model lifecycle management, and scalability.
• Experience working within large organizations or enterprise-scale transformations.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong leadership, communication, and execution skills.
