Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Mobilization to Guantanamo Bay will take place in
summer of 2026. This position offers a competitive salary range of
$130,000-$150,000,

Our Electrical PM is responsible for leading both telecommunications/data system and the electrical work and phases of a project from conceptual design to final completion in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. - A BA/BS degree in Engineering (Electrical/Telecommunications/Electronics), Construction Management, or related field is the minimum formal education required for this position. A combination of equivalent work experience and training in the field may be qualifying.
- Five or more years work experience in Project Management of numerous projects (commercial or industrial) required.
- Eight or more years or equivalent work experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager / Superintendent (or equivalent) in the electrical and telecommunication construction industry required. Work experience in the design-build industry desired.
- Demonstrate proficiency in engineering design, system, and standards.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office - esp. Teams/Sharepoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.
- Specific software literacy (McCormick, Primavera 3/6, Autodesk Build and Cost Management, BIM, Revit) preferred.
- CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required. Training can be provided. STS certification preferred.
- LEED GA Credential or AP/AP+ preferred.
