Your Profile
- Advanced level of English and Romanian
- Minimum 6 months tenure in the current role
- Performance KPIs in target in the past 3 months or minimum 2.0 in CPM for non-agents
- No written warnings or ongoing disciplinary process
- Previous experience in HR Operations / HR Administration or a similar role is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to work hybrid (3 days/week) from our office

- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes in line with Foundever SOPs, including contracts, HR system setup, and induction sessions
- Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Asset Management, Learning, and other support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding
- Handle end-to-end offboarding processes, ensuring all legal and administrative steps are completed on time
- Respond to employee and operational requests, including certificates, absences, maternity/childcare leave, and disciplinary documentation
- Support timekeeping activities and prepare HR-related reports
