Respond to employee and operational requests, including certificates, absences, maternity/childcare leave, and disciplinary documentation
Support timekeeping activities and prepare HR-related reports

HR Generalist

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with people and HR processes?

Do you want to be part of a great team, working both from home and from our office in Cluj-Napoca, where you can develop and grow?

If so, you might be our next HR Generalist!

Your Profile

  • Advanced level of English and Romanian
  • Minimum 6 months tenure in the current role
  • Performance KPIs in target in the past 3 months or minimum 2.0 in CPM for non-agents
  • No written warnings or ongoing disciplinary process
  • Previous experience in HR Operations / HR Administration or a similar role is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Willingness to work hybrid (3 days/week) from our office

Your future role: Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes in line with Foundever SOPs, including contracts, HR system setup, and induction sessions
  • Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Asset Management, Learning, and other support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding
  • Handle end-to-end offboarding processes, ensuring all legal and administrative steps are completed on time
  • Respond to employee and operational requests, including certificates, absences, maternity/childcare leave, and disciplinary documentation
  • Support timekeeping activities and prepare HR-related reports
