Job Description


Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant (open to all levels)

Location: Remote (with monthly meetups in Central London)

Position: Full-time


We are looking for a bright and passionate Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Business development experience and success as a 360 Recruiter is key, but aptitude, attitude and a desire to succeed and progress are paramount.


TTC Group are expanding their sales teams and looking to bring on ambitious hire as part of our growth plans for 2026. You will work closely with the Directors of the business, with the aim to progress you into an Divisional Manager role growing your own team over the next 18-24 months looking after your own portfolio of clients in UK/Europe within a specific technology.

  • A dedicated offshore delivery function so you can focus on business development and client relationships, whilst team source candidates and headhunt for your roles


Role Outline:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through market mapping, networking, CRM activity, and targeted outreach
  • Build, develop, and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the primary commercial contact
  • Take detailed client briefs to fully understand hiring needs, role requirements, and business context
  • Partner closely with the offshore delivery team, clearly briefing roles and ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and timelines
  • Review, shortlist, and quality-control candidate CVs submitted by the offshore team before client submission
  • Write and approve job specifications and adverts, ensuring consistency with client requirements and market positioning
  • Submit shortlisted candidates to clients with clear, value-led candidate summaries and recommendations
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, preparation, and feedback loops between client, candidates, and delivery team
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and manage offer processes, negotiations, and onboarding support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system, ensuring full visibility across BD and delivery activity
  • Attend client meetings (virtual and in-person) with Directors or senior consultants to support account growth and retention
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of offshore delivery processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and strong candidate experience


Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proven success as a Business Development Consultant/Manager or 360 Consultant in a tech vertical of recruitment
  • Ability to win SME, mid market and enterprise tech clients to ensure you have a solid flow of business to keep your desk growing at pace
  • Experience of closing deals in the UK, USA or Europe (or a mix) - we do not operate rigid region structures so you have an open market to go after
