About Us


Teneo Protocol is a production-ready infrastructure for autonomous AI agents. It turns live web and social data into real-time intelligence through a global network of user-operated community nodes feeding specialized agents on demand.

Today, over 6 million community nodes across 190+ countries power hundreds of live agents, accessed via the Agent Console with native x402 payments. Thousands of users interact with agents daily, generating tens of thousands of on-chain transactions — live infrastructure, not a roadmap.


Role Overview


We're looking for a Head of Marketing and Growth who takes ownership of marketing, growth and communication — the bridge between our founding team's vision and the market. You'll translate strategy into compelling narratives that resonate with our growing user base, developers building on our platform, B2B customers leveraging our data infrastructure, and the broader Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate is deeply user-centric—understanding what motivates and engages different audience segments across the crypto, SaaS, and AI space. You excel at turning complex technical products into clear, engaging messaging that puts the user experience front and center.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing team while being hands-on
  • Own the full scope of marketing, growth, and communication
  • Collaborate closely with the founder team, product, and partnerships to align messaging and support business development
  • Drive user acquisition on all fronts while ensuring long-term engagement and retention—a high priority
  • Coordinate with external agencies (PR, KOLs, design)
  • Co-marketing activities with partners and investors
  • Own the user journey and collaborate on design for all user-facing products—community nodes, agent console, dashboards, and website
  • Manage and grow our presence on Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and developer-focused platforms
  • Lead content marketing, thought leadership and educational initiatives
  • UX/UI input and collaboration with design—continuous improvement of the user journey
  • Website ownership—SEO, landing pages, and coordination with dev team
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and community feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Execute marketing initiatives aligned with company milestones and goals
  • B2B marketing— help develop strategies to acquire enterprise customers for our Agent Console and Consumer SDK
  • Own PR and media relations—build press relationships and drive earned media coverage


Qualifications

  • Taking ownership and working independently
  • Proven marketing/growth leadership experience in Web3, blockchain, developer tools, or AI
  • Strong understanding of Web3 go-to-market strategies
  • Experience with growth hacking, SEO/SEM, and data-driven marketing
  • Excellent copywriting skills—can make technical concepts accessible and compelling
  • Strong familiarity with the AI landscape is highly valued
  • Self-starter comfortable in a fast-moving, remote environment
