IT Manager (Remote – LATAM) 🌎💻
Location: Latin America | 100% Remote (EST hours)
Type: Full-time | Contractor
About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations for a fast-growing, U.S.-based remote company. This role owns IT systems, vendors, and team leadership, while partnering closely with senior tech leadership in a high-change, modern environment.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building, improving, and leading through change.
What You’ll Do ⚙️
- Lead and support a distributed IT team
- Own daily IT operations across a global remote workforce
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, endpoints)
- Manage IT vendors, MSPs, contracts, and SLAs
- Own and administer CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho Recruit)
- Drive automation, integrations, and documentation
- Maintain cybersecurity hygiene with external vendors
- Support AI and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For ✅
- 5+ years in IT operations or systems management
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Cloud / SaaS-based background (no traditional networking focus)
- Hands-on CRM administration experience
- Proven vendor management experience
- Advanced English communication skills
- Comfortable reviewing logic or scripts (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
- Trust-first, non-micromanaging leadership style
