Deliverables:
Provide day to day local emote IT desktop support in addition to the following below:
Be responsible for IT infrastructure operations (business continuity, network, workplace technologies, user & executives support, assets, incidents, office apps and systems) in the USA and Canada.
Provide first/second/third level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
Provide dedicated ("white glove") support for members of top management (executives).
Provide standard and non-standard technical support to end-users in response to specific requests. Utilize established operating procedures to review and resolve end-user technology issues; troubleshoots and resolve standard and non-standard hardware and software problems as well as coordination of IT service providers when needed.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for computer hardware (computers, PCs, laptops, iPads, iPhones, printers, other user devices)
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Microsoft Office, O365, and another authorized desktop application.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot MS Teams Room system as well as other conference room equipment and solutions.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot basic active network equipment, network components (including cabling and connectivity) and office IT infrastructure components.
Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex Audio Video issues as needed.
Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex PRINTING issues as needed.
Execute the new user onboarding process and steps (room and connectivity preparation, devices configuration, devices handover, trainings)
Perform end user training within desktop support domain (infrastructure, equipment, software)
Perform offices moves, and within office changes for IT related items.
Performs assigned IT project tasks (e.g. Office relocation projects, technology change and replacement, new systems roll-outs)
Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents using official incident/ticket management system
Maintain asset management database (manages and maintains local assets and configuration items in ServiceNow)
Record other critical data and information in the standard ITIL platform (ServiceNow)
Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers, user devices.
Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
Admin Telcom provider's Wireless Devices/Accounts
Administer and support Zoom digital signage
Support facility management systems such as Genetec security, Metasys building management, Honeywell monitoring and FedEx/UPS shipping systems.

Documents operational problems, documents knowledge objects, documents standard operating procedures and manuals; communicates with vendors, users, and other IT staff.
Additional duties that may be requested at Manufacturing/R&D sites as needed:
Support of software associated to lab devices
Support of specialised hardware associated with logistics operations (namely hand held scanners, label printers and document printers)
Support of other software solutions used to operate the manufacturing facilities, GxP and non-GxP
Support of software and network services associated with OT
Validation and maintenance of validation of software related to instrument controllers and, where appropriate, OT environment
Hands-on support for Elanco global applications
Assess reported issues and work directly with Elanco for escalation and timely issue resolution Effectively communicate with designated Elanco supervisor
Follow established processes as defined by Elanco
Perform break/fix and/or IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change)-related tasks as assigned
Liaise with third-party vendors for any hardware and OEM support required
Create and submit detailed logs documenting interactions to be inclusive of accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness
Experiences (desired)
Windows 10, MS Office 365 and O365, PC hardware & IT network infrastructure installation
and troubleshooting, Microsoft Active Directory, Helpdesk ticketing systems.
Conference Room technologies (MS TEAMS Room, video cameras, speakers, and mics)
Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise
encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA's.
Excellent communication relationship-building and internal customer service skills.
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment.
Willing to work off-hours and weekends when required for projects or emergency support.
Working within GxP regulated environment

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
