Job Description
We’re looking for a Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in Infrastructure as Code and a DevOps mindset to help us design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructures — for our customers and our own products.
We actively work to create a more inclusive tech industry and to empower women and underrepresented groups. We therefore explicitly encourage applications from non-male candidates and people from diverse backgrounds.
Note that this is a permanent position, no contractors
What you'll do
- take ownership of cloud platform architectures from design to operation
- Build scalable, repeatable, and secure infrastructures
- Act as a technical counterpart for customers and internal teams
- Contribute to architectural decisions, best practices, and standards
- Support and mentor teammates where helpful (without being forced into management)
We would love to work with you if you...
Experience and technical depth
- Have several years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering
- Are comfortable designing and operating platforms on one of the major Hyperscalers.
- Have deep experience with Kubernetes (e.g. EKS, AKS, OpenShift), including deployment strategies, scaling, observability, and cluster hardening (Pod Security Standards, Network Policies, admission controllers)
- Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) as a default, not an afterthought, including for multi-account / multi-subscription environments.
- Are experienced with CI/CD and GitOps-style workflows (e.g. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps) and understand container and supply-chain security (image scanning, signed images, SBOMs)
- Understand cloud networking concepts such as load balancing, DNS, VPNs, and zero-trust networking patterns
- Are comfortable working with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch)
- Have implemented cloud-native security controls, understand shared-responsibility models, and apply identity-first, least-privilege principles (IAM, RBAC, workload identity)
- Are familiar with secrets management, vulnerability management, and operational security
- Design systems with resilience in mind, including multi-AZ / multi-region setups, backups, and disaster recovery strategies
