Role Description
The Systems and Logistics Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing end-to-end operational activities across printing, inventory, logistics, systems administration, and digital publishing in a fully remote environment. The role oversees multiple inbound and outbound shipments across regions, coordinating with printers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective delivery to distribution hubs and customers. In addition to logistics and shipment tracking, the position supports vendor and customer documentation, IT and systems administration, CRM data management, and digital publishing workflows (occasional). This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, systems, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications
- Based in South Africa or Kenya (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, publishing, or a related field
- Proven experience coordinating logistics and managing multiple shipments across regions
- Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation management skills
- Experience working with vendors, printers, warehouses, or logistics partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) or ability to learn quickly
- Familiarity with digital publishing platforms, including Amazon KDP (advantageous)
- Experience with ONIX metadata and ISBN assignment (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage remote and international stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and globally distributed environment
