Senior Business Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst to drive impactful projects in a fully remote environment. You will partner with both business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable solutions, while ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet objectives. The role involves coordinating across teams, managing small to medium-sized projects, and supporting change initiatives to optimize processes. You will work during US EST hours, contributing to a collaborative environment that values clear communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in both analytical and project coordination capacities, enjoys working across diverse business areas, and seeks growth in both Business Analysis and Project Management.

Accountabilities

• Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Analyze workflows, processes, and systems to identify improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Support testing and validation activities, clarifying expected outcomes
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and maintain project schedules
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate resources and facilitate cross-team collaboration
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders, maintaining project documentation
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Project Management or Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CAPM, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile) preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to end-to-end project delivery
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Zoho implementations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Experience managing small to medium-sized projects or project workstreams
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Proficiency with BA and PM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Ability to balance analytical responsibilities with project coordination tasks
