Accountabilities
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Analyze workflows, processes, and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Support testing and validation activities, clarifying expected outcomes
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and maintain project schedules
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate resources and facilitate cross-team collaboration
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders, maintaining project documentation

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Project Management or Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CAPM, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile) preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to end-to-end project delivery
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Zoho implementations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Experience managing small to medium-sized projects or project workstreams
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Proficiency with BA and PM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance analytical responsibilities with project coordination tasks
