Special Edition Internship Program – Bali → Australia (Full-Time Hiring Pathway)
Program Purpose
We are hiring full-time researchers and engineers for Australia.
This Special Edition Internship Program is the only pathway we use to identify and select long-term hires.
All candidates must first complete minimum 3-month, on-site internship in Canggu, Bali. This internship is the mandatory evaluation phase used to assess technical ability, real-world execution, and team fit.
Only top performers will be offered relocation to Australia for a full-time, paid role.
There is no direct entry into the Australia role without completing the Bali internship.
Mandatory First Step: 3-Month Internship in Bali
Internship Details (Evaluation Phase)
- Duration: 3 months
- Location: On-site, Canggu, Bali
- Compensation: Unpaid internship
Working hours
- Monday to Friday
- 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+8)
- Lunch break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Whom We Are Hiring For
Seraph AI Vision is expanding to Australia.
We are building a computer vision research team for our Robert Boyle Institute unit in Adelaide.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD graduates or candidates
- Backgrounds in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or similar fields
- People interested in computer vision, drones, and applied bioengineering
This is not a theory-only role.
We work on systems that are built, deployed, tested, and fixed in real environments.
What You Will Work On
During both the Bali internship and (if selected) the full-time role:
- Computer vision models for real-time microorganism detection and health monitoring
- Drone-captured RGB and multispectral data
- AI systems that move from lab development to tropical field deployment
- Bio-engineering applications, including Lemna minor
You will deal with messy data, hardware constraints, and real-world failure modes.
