Job Description:

Jax Consulting is seeking an experienced Salesforce Talent Acquisition Lead to support the continued growth of our India-based delivery team. This role is heavily focused on technical recruiting, specifically hiring Salesforce professionals such as Developers, Consultants, Architects, and Technical Leads, while also supporting core HR functions and employee engagement initiatives.


The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic recruiter, and trusted partner to leadership—someone who understands the Salesforce ecosystem deeply and can attract, assess, and retain top technical talent in a competitive market. This is a fully remote role based in India, offering the opportunity to work closely with a global leadership team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical recruiting for Salesforce roles, including Developers, Consultants, Architects, and related technical positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce planning, role requirements, and growth priorities.
  • Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Salesforce talent across experience levels.
  • Conduct technical and behavioral interviews, ensuring high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Jax Consulting as an employer of choice in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Support HR operations including onboarding, employee engagement, performance support, and policy guidance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Collaborate with global teams across the US and India, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Track recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and workforce insights to support leadership decisions.
  • Help scale HR and recruiting processes to support rapid team growth.


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong focus on Salesforce or similar enterprise technologies.
  • Proven experience hiring Salesforce Developers, Consultants, Architects, and technical specialists.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, roles, and skill sets.
  • Experience supporting HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and basic HR operations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with senior leaders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience working in fast-growing consulting, IT services, or product-based organizations.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience recruiting for Salesforce partners or consulting firms.
  • Exposure to global or US-based clients and leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
  • Experience supporting distributed or remote teams.
