A customer is seeking a fully remote HRIS Analyst.
This role will serve as a strategic partner between HR, Payroll, and IT, ensuring HR processes are aligned with enterprise IT standards for security, auditability, and scalability. This role is critical in helping modernize and streamline HR systems while maintaining strong relationships with HR and Payroll stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate brings a consulting mindset, deep technical expertise in UKG Pro with ADP and LMS integrations, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. Success in this role requires the ability to build trust, understand current-state processes, and guide teams toward more standardized, secure, and efficient future-state solutions.
- Partner closely with HR and Payroll to understand existing processes and identify gaps relative to IT, security, and audit requirements
- Provide thoughtful recommendations to align HR workflows with enterprise IT standards while respecting functional ownership
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping HR understand why certain processes must follow IT governance models
- Influence without authority, guiding teams toward adoption of standardized processes and controls
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for UKG Pro, including configuration, enhancements, and ongoing optimization
- Manage and support integrations between UKG Pro, ADP, LMS platforms, and other HR-related systems
- Support multiple platform versions and integration patterns as systems evolve
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within UKG Pro to support HR, Payroll, and leadership needs
- Can pay up to $130,000

- 5+ years of experience in HRIS or HCM systems, with deep hands-on expertise in UKG Pro
- Extensive experience with ADP integrations, including ADP LMS (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and IT process dependencies
- HRIS reporting and analytics
- Proven ability to pull, analyze, and report on data within UKG Pro
- Experience supporting system integrations, upgrades, and multi-platform environments
- Consulting background or experience in an advisory role influencing process and system improvements
