- A recent university/college degree or apprenticeship in an IT-related field.
- Foundational knowledge of Windows Server (2008/2012/2016), Microsoft Office 365, and Azure Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Exchange Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
