- Provide 1st Line/Service Desk/Helpdesk support to a diverse UK client base.

- Support bespoke applications and optimize network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi and security.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers to log and manage faults, ensuring SLAs are met.

- A recent university/college degree or apprenticeship in an IT-related field.
- Foundational knowledge of Windows Server (2008/2012/2016), Microsoft Office 365, and Azure Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Exchange Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
