UI/UX Designer

The Position

As a UI/UX designer, you will be part of a centralized design team that collaborates closely together, but at the same time individually within different development teams on various projects.

You will be responsible for improving existing designs and creating new components using Figma. At the same time, work on simple design projects and on-demand requests.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide UI/UX solutions based on specific requirements;
• Ensure designs are pixel-perfect and corresponding with the design system;
• Iterate and incorporate customer feedback into the design to enhance user experience;
• Structure Figma files and audit design system implementation;
• Build project-specific components based on provided design solutions and the design system;
• Designing, documenting and improving UI components for the design system;
• On-demand help on different design requests across multiple projects;
• Follow design, technology, and market trends.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer;
• Good knowledge of UI principles and laws;
• Advanced to excellent skills in Figma;
• Knowledge and experience in working with and building design systems;
• Strong attention to detail and strive for consistency.

Soft skills:

• Collaborative mindset and empathy for users and teammates;
• Self-directed, organized and proactive;
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders;
• Adaptable to shifting priorities and meeting short deadlines;
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS);
• Knowledge of responsive design;
• Knowledge of accessibility standards;
• Prior experience with handling E2E projects;
