This Machine Learning Specialist is with a fast-growing tech company developing machine learning solutions for content moderation used by online marketplaces worldwide. As part of the Data Science team, you will operate hands-on on building, improving, and deploying ML models that run in production at scale. This role is ideal for Machine Learning Specialists who enjoy seeing their contributions make a tangible impact, from model development to production deployment.

You will:

• Own ML models end to end, from training and optimization to scalable production deployment and continuous monitoring
• Build reliable, high-performance ML systems, including monitoring, alerting, drift detection, and incident response in production environments
• Develop and maintain modern ML and MLOps stacks, using PyTorch, scikit-learn, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and optimized runtimes (ONNX, TensorRT)

Skills / Experience:

• 4+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer, Data Scientist

Salary / Remuneration: €55,000 to €65,000 + Fully remote, Performance Bonus, Reduced Hours during the summer
