Position           : Performance Tester (JMeter & Load Runner)

Location           : Remote

Timings            : 8am to 4pm India Time

Job Type          : Contractor

Start Date        : ASAP (Immediate Joiners are preferable)

Duration          : 1 Month (Extendable)

Primary Skills :  well versed with performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner / LoadRunner Cloud, CI/CD, Exp/Knowledge in Salesforce

Brief About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Performance Testing professional to own and drive the global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for performance testing of web applications, with basic knowledge of Salesforce platforms. The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to define scalable performance testing solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Skills & Technical Expertise

v Performance Testing Tools:

·      JMeter, LoadRunner / LoadRunner Cloud

v Testing Types:

·      Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, Scalability

v Scripting & Design:

·      Parameterization, Correlation, Dynamic Data Handling

v Workload Modelling:

·      Business usage patterns, Production traffic analysis

v Monitoring & Analysis:

·      Server monitoring, Logs, APM tools, Bottleneck analysis

v CI/CD & DevOps:

·      CI/CD integration, DevOps collaboration

v Platforms:

·      Web & Enterprise Applications, Basic Salesforce knowledge

v Reporting:

·      Result analysis, Trend comparison, Performance recommendations

Roles & Responsibilities

·      5+ years in performance testing (mandatory JMeter & LoadRunner)

·      Own and lead the global GTM strategy for performance testing, ensuring alignment with enterprise quality and performance goals.

·      Design, execute, and analyze end-to-end performance testing covering load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing.

·      Independently develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner / LoadRunner Cloud.

·      Create realistic workload models based on business usage patterns and production traffic analysis.

·      Enhance and modify existing JMeter scripts to accommodate application changes and evolving requirements.

·      Set up and manage performance test environments, including server monitoring, application logs, and APM tool integration.

·      Perform performance bottleneck analysis and identify root causes across application, database, network, and infrastructure layers.

·      Analyze test results, perform trend analysis, and provide performance tuning recommendations to development and architecture teams.

·      Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate closely with DevOps teams for continuous testing.

·      Support performance validation for web and enterprise applications, with exposure to Salesforce-based systems.
