• Design and implement IAM architectures and frameworks aligned with Zero-Trust principles
• Define and evolve identity governance, access management, and privileged access strategies
• Integrate applications and platforms with IAM solutions across cloud and enterprise environments
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory frameworks
• Act as a technical reference on IAM best practices and decision-making
• Deliver guidance, training, and awareness on IAM topics

🛠 What we are looking for:

• 5+ Years experience as an IAM Architect or similar role
• Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
• Experience with cloud IAM services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, NIS2, CIS, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK)
• Ability to operate at strategic and hands-on levels
• Strong communication skills, able to translate complex topics into clear guidance
• Fluent level of Portuguese & English (mandatory);
• Availability to work in a hybrid environment – 2 times per week in the office in Porto.
• Candidates must be residing already in Portugal
