About the Role

My client is hiring two Senior Systems Administrators to help scale IT infrastructure as the organization grows rapidly from 500 to 2,500 employees. You will be a foundational member of a newly formed internal IT team, responsible for building, securing, and scaling the systems that support care delivery across the United States.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, low-ego builder who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Architect, deploy, and maintain core IT infrastructure with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune

• Lead IT integrations for acquired companies, sunsetting legacy systems and migrating them onto my client’s platform

• Own and continuously improve the security posture across all systems, including endpoint management, network security, and incident response

• Manage and secure endpoints for a fully distributed workforce (Windows, macOS, and mobile) using MDM platforms

• Standardize device configurations and security policies at scale

• Develop repeatable IT integration playbooks to support an aggressive M&A strategy

What My Client Is Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 environments

• Solid understanding of identity, endpoint management, and security best practices

• Experience supporting a distributed workforce

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up

• Collaborative, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
