Technology Operations Engineer | Fully Remote | $130-$140k
A professional services firm is seeking a new IT operations Engineer to join their team!
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technology operations support within a production environment
- Manage queues, triage issues, and perform break/fix across systems and applications
- Primarily operations-focused, with some involvement in project work
- Monitor and support Windows-based, cloud, and virtualized environments
- Use scripting and automation to improve reliability and efficiency
- Communicate clearly within a professional services environment

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong Microsoft-centric technical background
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Azure, and VMware
- PowerShell or similar scripting/automation experience
- Strong communication skills
