Product Manager – SaaS / WMS
We are partnering with an innovative company in the automated logistics and warehouse automation space to hire a Product Manager based in Tokyo.
This role focuses on shaping a flexible, configurable SaaS based Warehouse Management System (WMS) tightly integrated with automated warehouse technologies. You’ll work hands-on with customers to understand real operational workflows and translate those needs into scalable product capabilities. Over time, the role will also contribute to integrating WMS with fleet management, building toward a unified Warehouse Operating System.
What you’ll do
- Work directly with customers to understand warehouse operations, pain points, and success metrics
- Translate complex operational needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria
- Own and prioritize the product backlog related to WMS and automation process flows
- Collaborate closely with engineering and operations to deliver high-quality, incremental releases
- Support product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-team planning activities

What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Consulting
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SaaS-based products
- Technical or engineering background (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Business-level Japanese and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a customer-facing, problem-solving environment
