ServiceNow Developer (CMDB/ITOM/ITAM)

Talent Groups is leading the search for a ServiceNow Developer with a heavy focus on CMDB/ITOM/ITAM for a MSP provider that is in Phoenix. The ServiceNow Developer will help enhance and expand our rapidly evolving ServiceNow environment. In addition to ITSM, Security Incident Response, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance, our platform is growing to include robust Configuration Management Database, IT Operations Management, and IT Asset Management capabilities.

This is a direct hire role that will require USC ONLY and be able to pass Level II Public Trust Clearance.

Location: 100% Remote

To be immediately and seriously considered for this exceptional career opportunity, you must have the following:

• Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), and ITAM modules.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, or equivalent frameworks).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, integration methods (REST, SOAP), and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and related governance frameworks.
• Preferred Active Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or related areas
