We build modern analytics platforms that give educators clear, trusted insights into what's really happening across their schools. If you want meaningful social impact, strong technical ownership, and the freedom of 100% remote work, this role is for you.
Our work sits at the intersection of education, data engineering, and analytics, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and long-term value for schools. All solutions are built in close partnership with our clients and hosted within their own Microsoft Azure environments.
The Role
We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our growing data team.
This role sits between data engineering and analytics. You will be responsible for transforming raw education data into well-modelled, analytics-ready datasets that power our managed Power BI dashboards and client reporting.

This role is fully remote, open nationally across Australia.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities

- Transform raw and intermediate data into clean, well-documented, analytics-ready tables
- Implement and maintain business logic for key education concepts (e.g. attendance, enrolment, assessment, cohorts)
Analytics Engineering (dbt)
- Build and maintain transformation models using dbt across staging, intermediate, and mart layers
- Implement and maintain dbt tests and documentation to ensure data quality and reliability
- Contribute to consistent modelling patterns, naming conventions, and reusable dbt structures
