Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based candidates preferred)
Position Overview:
As a Remote HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will be the go-to resource for employees and managers on HR policies, compliance, and payroll-related matters. This role reports to the HR Manager and requires a versatile HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer HR programs including onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance issues.
- Serve as backup to the HR Manager as needed.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects that enhance organizational culture.
- Handle employee inquiries with confidentiality, professionalism, and empathy.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a fully remote environment.
- West Coast time zone preferred
- Prior experience working with ADP is required.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams).
